Objectifs du cours :

This three-day instructor-led course provides participants with the knowledge and skills to develop HTML5 web applications using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010.

Identify the essential features of Visual Studio 2010 SP1 that are required to start developing HTML5 web application projects
Describe the new HTML5 structural elements.
Examine the creation of web application navigation and the use of menus.
Migrate HTML4 webpages to HTML5 webpages
Use the new input types.
Apply the new attributes.
Integrate validation into webpages.
Use browser detection, feature detection and Modernizr
Create a webpage layout.
Apply advanced CSS to webpages
Use the canvas element and manipulate it using JavaScript.
Use the audio and video elements and control them using JavaScript.
Add support for multiple audio and video codecs
Create basic graphics with SVG.
Add animation to SVG and Canvas graphics.
Choose between SVG and Canvas
Use the web storage API.
Differentiate between session storage and local storage
Integrate drag-and-drop features into webpages.
Work with the files by using the File API.
Integrate the geolocation API into webpages
Use WebMatrix.
Use ASP.NET MVC 3 and the Razor view engine.

Connaissances requises :

Pour suivre ce cours, les stagiaires doivent disposer des connaissances suivantes :

Have three to six months of development experience in a professional environment.
Be familiar with the HTML document structure and associated terminology, but are not expected to be expert and do not need to have experience with HTML5.
Have one to three months experience with HTML and XML.
Have a general familiarity with the Microsoft Visual Studio IDE.
